How to ApplyApplication | Acceptance | Cancellations ApplicationDownload the Chapel Hill Chamber Music Workshop 2010 application here: application The application deadline for our 2010 workshop is April 2, 2010. Early application is encouraged since space is limited. Late applications may be considered with the approval of workshop director Donald L. Oehler. You can download and print the form, fill it out, and mail it to us at: Chapel Hill Chamber Music Workshop If more than one person will be attending together, please fill out a separate application for each person. AcceptanceAcceptance is determined on a rolling basis, and will be confirmed no later than April 30, 2010. deposit: Once your application has been accepted, you will be asked to send a $100 deposit to secure your place. This deposit should be sent to the address above. Upon receipt of your deposit, we will hold your place in the workshop. fee deadline: The remainder of your fees must arrive no later then May 15, 2010. Please send all payments to the address above, with checks made out to Chapel Hill Chamber Music Workshop. CancellationsThe cancellation refund deadline is May 15, 2010. If we receive a cancellation notice from you in writing by the cancellation refund deadline, we will retain a $25 administrative fee and refund all other fees paid, including registration, room and board, and parking. Cancellations received after that date are not eligible for refunds. If for any reason the workshop is canceled, all fees paid will be refunded. |
